Alcohol use, drink addiction claim over 3m lives yearly

A new report by the World Health Organisation, WHO, unveils a grim reality that alcohol consumption and psychoactive drug use kill an estimated 2.6 million people globally each year, translating to nearly 5 percent of all deaths worldwide.
