Houston news: Toddler pulled from water in NW Harris County


According to a post on X by Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, CPR was performed on the two-year-old, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

HOUSTON — A toddler was pulled from a body of water in northwest Harris County on Saturday. According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the child was unresponsive.

It happened in a subdivision on Windfern Lakes, which is near Beltway 8 and North Gessner Road.

Sheriff Gonzalez posted to X a little before 4 p.m. that CPR was administered to the two-year-old and the child was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

At this point, we don’t know any other details.
