Abia Angels head coach, Adanna Nnah, has said that her team prepared well for the victory over Dannaz Ladies in Lagos.
The Umuahia-based club defeated Dannaz Ladies 3-0 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Wednesday.
Mary Lucky scored a hat-trick for Abia Angels.
Nnah commended her players for following instructions during the game.
“We came with a positive mindset to get the maximum points, and it worked well for us,” Nnah stated.
“The home team also fought well, but we were the better team, so we deserved the maximum points.”
Abia Angels recorded 13 points from seven league games in the first half of the league season.
