Bayern Munich are reportedly keeping a close watch on Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, who may be available this summer. The Bundesliga giants are preparing for the potential departure of their star left-back, Alphonso Davies, who is linked with a move to Real Madrid. Zinchenko has emerged as an ideal replacement in their eyes.
Arsenal, while open to selling Zinchenko, are not willing to let him go cheaply. They have set an asking price of €45 million, reflecting his importance to the squad and his contributions to their current Premier League title challenge.
According to FootballTransfers, Bayern Munich view Zinchenko as a strong candidate to fill the left-back position. In addition to Bayern, Newcastle United are also rumoured to be interested in the Ukrainian international, who is currently valued at €42 million and is under contract until 2026.

At 27 years old, Zinchenko is entering the final two years of his deal with Arsenal, prompting the club to decide whether to offer him a new contract or cash in on him this summer. Despite being considered a major acquisition when he arrived from Manchester City in 2022 for €35 million, Zinchenko’s time at Arsenal has been marred by injury problems and occasional lapses in focus on the pitch, drawing criticism from some fans.
In other transfer news, Arsenal are taking significant steps to secure the signing of Fenerbahce defender Ferdi Kadioglu this summer. The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Turkey international in recent weeks, and discussions over personal terms are reportedly underway.
According to Turkish outlet Milliyet, an agreement has been reached with Kadioglu and his agent. Arsenal are expected to begin negotiations with Fenerbahce soon to finalise the transfer fee. While Milliyet indicates that Arsenal will need at least £17 million to sign Kadioglu, another source, Takvim, suggests that Fenerbahce are seeking £26 million for the defender.
Kadioglu, 24, began his career as an attacking midfielder and right winger before transitioning to the right-back position. More recently, he has established himself as a left-back, showcasing his versatility and skill, making him a valuable target for Arsenal as they look to bolster their defensive options.
