Nationwide League One side, Family Worship Centre, FWC, head coach Bunmi Haruna has expressed pride in his team’s 2025 FCT Federation Cup title success.
FWC clinched the title following a 4-3 penalty shootout win against EFCC at the Area 3 football pitch in Abuja.
Haruna stated that his team reaped the dividends of their hard work in the game.
“We have worked tirelessly to improve our penalty shooting, and it paid off,” Haruna told NAN.
“I am grateful to the players, backroom staff, and supporters for their dedication and hard work.
“We have secured our place in the upcoming National President Cup.”
FWC and EFCC FC will represent the FCT in the national playoff of the competition.
