Governor Umar A. Namadi has revoked the suspension of his Special Adviser on Salary and Pension, Bashir Ado Kazaure, with immediate effect.
This was revealed in a statement issued by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim.
According to the statement, the decision follows a comprehensive inquiry conducted by a committee led by the State Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice, Barrister Bello Abdulkadir Fanini.
“The committee thoroughly examined the events that led to Kazaure’s suspension, which stemmed from an early disclosure regarding a planned N70,000 minimum wage,” the SSG stated.
He further emphasized that lifting the suspension demonstrates Governor Namadi’s dedication to fairness and adherence to due process in governance.
