Israel vs Hamas: Trump meets Jordan’s King Abdullah in White House amid Gaza plan

The United States, US President, Donald Trump is scheduled to meet with Jordan’s King Abdullah II at the White House.

During the meeting, both leaders will discuss Gaza amid Trump’s plan for the US to seize control and redevelop the strip.

Trump appears intent on negotiating his farfetched plan into reality.

CNN reported Trump as saying: “I’m talking about starting to build and I think I could make a deal with Jordan. I think I could make a deal with Egypt.”

Trump also suggested that he could withhold aid from Jordan and Egypt if both countries refuses to accept Palestinians as part of his plan of US owning Gaza.

This comes as Trump urged Israel to cancel the ceasefire deal with Hamas.

The US president had warned that “all hell is going to break out” if Hamas fails to release hostages held in Gaza by Saturday at noon.
