Mikayil Faye is said to be disappointed with Barcelona and considering his future ahead of the summer transfer window.
The youngster had been tipped to make his debut this season under Xavi, with the coach even hinting he could get minutes back in April.
However, that didn’t happen in the end which has left Faye feeling disappointed with the club and willing to consider an exit, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Faye is said to find it “difficult to understand” why he hasn’t been able to make his first-team debut after impressing with Barcelona Atletic.
Barca have already received a series of decent bids for Faye, and it seems the defender is now willing to think about possibly moving on.
The Catalans are thought to have high hopes for the youngster, and want him to do pre-season, but also know he could command a fairly nice transfer fee.
Faye is currently on international duty with Senegal for World Cup qualifiers against Congo and Mauritania and will likely think about his future in more detail after those games.
