Singer, Promise Nwabueze, aka Pryme, has said it was great working with Bella Shmurda on his new song titled, ‘Gbera’.
Speaking in an interview with Sunday Scoop, he said, “Working with Bella Shurmda was a great experience. His vibes and energy while recording the song and shooting the video was great. He has a good quality and a truly unique style. Combining my unique and versatile quality with his produced this amazing song.”
Asked about the creative process that went into the music video, the singer said, “The inspiration for the song came in the bathroom as I reflected on a memorable encounter with a girl who liked me, and the special moments we shared. The next day, I contacted my producer, Xtofa, and we headed to the studio to work on the beat. Once we added the chorus, the rest of the lyrics just flowed naturally. It felt like the universe aligned with me, allowing the song to grow into the masterpiece it is now. Shooting the video was also mind-blowing. Everything went according to plan; from the set designs to the costumes. The director, Kambi Pictures, did a great job.”
