Blues name 23 for Thursday night football

Blues remain unchanged for Round 12 game against Port Adelaide.

NO changes.

Carlton has named an unchanged 23 to bring to Adelaide Oval to take on Port Adelaide.

Returning to winning form with what was largely a four-quarter performance against the Suns last week, the Blues will look to keep a good thing going when taking on the third-placed Power on their home deck.

It’s no surprise that pressure and contest will be the name of the game for the Blues against a Port side which has been particularly strong in that area over recent years under Ken Hinkley.

Blake Acres, Jordan Boyd, Jack Carroll, Lachie Cowan and Orazio Fantasia have been named on the bench, with one to be named sub an hour before the bounce.

It’ll be Fantasia’s first game against his former club since arriving at the Blues as a delisted free agent over the off-season.

Available for selection, Caleb Marchbank has been named as an emergency alongside Corey Durdin and Lewis Young.
